Help with application

Hello guys so I paid the 5 dollar fee and before I had paid it showed me what collages had what but it never gave or let me fill a form so I assumed that I had to pay first and I did but even after I never got a form any way you can help?

Nope I showed them proof I paid and they said look in my email and I said I never got anything and they just never answered

Okay I was able to contact someone through Instagram. It's on their website. They told me that you can only sign up before June the 12th and can't sign up again until next year same time. I told him that the website nor did the app say any of that and he said he was going to correct it. Then he refunded me my $5 through cash app. He also said that they communicate through a YouTube channel. And it's like $1 a month or something. I noticed no one was saying anything through this app.
